Refund and Returns Policy

At SRG Holidays (Shri Raajaganapathi Tours and Travels), we strive to offer exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings may occur.

1. Tour Package Cancellations

Cancellation by the Customer:

• More than 30 days before travel: 90% refund (after deducting booking and service charges).

• 15 to 30 days before travel: 50% refund.

• Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.

• No-show or early departure: No refund.

Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on third-party vendor policies (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport services).

2. Cancellation by SRG Holidays

If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or minimum group size not met), customers will be offered the option of:

• A full refund

• Rescheduling the trip to a later date

• Applying the paid amount to a future booking

3. Refund Processing

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or as agreed upon in writing.

• Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and non-refundable hotel/transport/flight fees (if any) will be deducted.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are generally non-refundable:

• Visa and permit charges

• Insurance fees

• Airfare booked under non-refundable categories

• Sightseeing/activity tickets purchased in advance

• Any services marked as “non-refundable” at the time of booking

5. Changes & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• SRG Holidays reserves the right to apply amendment fees depending on the proximity to the travel date and third-party rules.
